Digital Goods No-Refund Policy

1. Nature of Product Due to the digital nature of the OA Hunt Lead Lists, all purchases are delivered instantly via digital download or access link. Unlike physical goods, digital data cannot be "returned" or "un-seen" once access has been granted.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that all sales are final. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Dissatisfaction with the leads (as market conditions change rapidly).
Claims of "accidental purchase."
Change of mind after access has been granted.

3. No-Return/Exchange Policy Because our product is a digital file, it is deemed "used" at the moment of download or access. Therefore, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for other lists or services.

4. Chargeback Protection & Fraud Unauthorized chargebacks or "friendly fraud" (claiming the product was not received when logs show access) will be contested. We maintain digital logs including IP addresses, timestamps, and download records which will be submitted as evidence to the issuing bank for any disputed transactions.
